Two ways to partner

Choose the right level of involvement

A strong introduction is valuable. Active commercial involvement earns more. We agree on the role together before the opportunity moves forward.

Qualified introduction

Referral Partner

6%

You introduce us to a company for which ContByte's services are relevant, then our team takes over the commercial and technical process.

  • Identify a real need and make a direct introduction.
  • ContByte qualifies the opportunity, proposes the solution, and delivers the project.
  • Receive the agreed commission on eligible amounts under the signed agreement.

Active commercial involvement

Sales Partner

10%

You actively contribute to qualification, commercial conversations, and moving the decision forward alongside the ContByte team.

  • Understand the client's context and help qualify the need.
  • Take an active part in discussions and facilitate the commercial process.
  • The active role and 10% tier are agreed with ContByte before the opportunity closes.

Percentages apply to the eligible basis defined in the partner agreement; acceptance into the program does not make every lead eligible.

Who it is for

Partners who see the opportunity early

The program is designed for professionals with trusted relationships among organizations looking to digitize, automate, or build new products.

Business and funding consultants

You work with companies preparing investments, transformations, or digitalization projects.

Digital and creative agencies

Your clients need complex development, integrations, or products beyond your agency's core scope.

Freelancers and tech companies

You receive opportunities that are too large, complementary, or outside your current capacity.

Fractional leaders and IT consultants

You guide product or technology decisions and need a strong team for execution.

Recruiters and B2B professionals

You hear when a company has an urgent project but is not ready to build an internal team.

Founders and business networks

You connect entrepreneurs and leaders who need a trusted technology partner.

A good fit if you

  • Can make direct, relevant, and transparent introductions.
  • Understand enough context to recognize a real business need.
  • Want a documented B2B relationship with clear responsibilities.

Not a fit if you

  • Would create a conflict of interest or breach professional obligations by referring us.
  • Plan to share a contact's details without their knowledge.
  • Want to represent, negotiate, or make promises for ContByte without written authority.

Clarity first

Simple rules. Healthy relationships.

A strong program protects the partner, the client, and ContByte. That is why every collaboration is validated before it creates rights or obligations.

// lead

Validate before the introduction

An opportunity becomes eligible only after ContByte confirms it. Existing leads or companies already in discussion do not qualify automatically.

// terms

Written agreement

The calculation basis, payment trigger, attribution, and all commercial conditions will be defined in the agreement signed before activation.

// role

Independent partner

A partner cannot legally bind, represent, or make promises on behalf of ContByte without express authorization.

// trust

Confidentiality and responsible data

We prefer direct introductions and process personal data under our privacy policy.

This page presents the program's general structure. Eligibility, the effective commission, calculation basis, and payment are governed exclusively by the partner agreement signed with ContByte. ContByte may accept or reject an application or a lead.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who can apply?

The program is designed for B2B collaboration. We look for companies and authorized professionals who can legally document and invoice referral or business development services.

What is the difference between a Referral Partner and a Sales Partner?

A Referral Partner makes a relevant introduction, then ContByte takes over. A Sales Partner plays an active role—agreed in advance—in qualification and commercial conversations.

When is a lead eligible?

Only after it is submitted to and validated by ContByte. A company that is already a client, already in our pipeline, or already in discussion with us does not automatically qualify. Full criteria are included in the agreement.

How is commission calculated and paid?

The tier is 6% for a Referral Partner and 10% for a Sales Partner. The eligible basis, required documentation, and payment trigger will be defined in the agreement signed before the partner is activated.

Can I negotiate or sign on ContByte's behalf?

No. Partners are independent and cannot represent, bind, or make promises for ContByte unless they receive express, limited written authorization.

How should I make an introduction?

After the lead is validated, we recommend a direct introduction where the contact knows they are being connected with ContByte. Do not share personal data without a lawful basis or without informing the person.
